Welcome to Tangier, Our 6 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech will start when you Meeting your tour guide at the port, airport, or your accommodation. Start the excursion from Tangier to Chefchaouen via Tetouan. Rise early to make the road trip to Tetouan via the Rif mountain. Tetouan, the white dove of North Morocco, discover the main attractions in the small medina of Tetouan. Continue on to Chefchaouen, where you'll stop at d'Akchour (Waterfalls of Akchour) for 2-3 hours of hiking. Once you arrive in Chefchaouen, find Plaza Outa el Hammam for a restaurant or café and enjoy a meal while people watching. In the afternoon, start discovering the picturesque scenery of the narrow streets. Take lovely pictures and enjoy local traditional markets. Later on, enjoy the spectacular show of the city, flavored with sunset above the mountain. Overnight in a luxury riad.
Today you will be able to visit two imperial cities, Meknes and Fes. Wake up early in the morning to take pictures in the streets with fewer people than before. Leave for Fes, and stop along the way at the UNESCO-protected Roman Volubilis ruins. The capital of the ancient Kingdom of Mauritania was established in the third century BC and made by the Roman Empire an important venue. It is scheduled with buildings and exquisite effects. The buildings are incomplete, but it is still interesting to discover. Continue on to Meknes, your second imperial city. Be sure to visit the gate of Bab El-Mansour, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the Royal Stables. Later in the day, leave for Fes. Spend your night at the best local Riad.
Fes, the oldest of the four imperial cities in Morocco, may be the one that is worth exploring. Join your guide for a half-day private tour to discover the entire city, starting with the medina, which is the oldest medina in Morocco and founded over 1000 years ago. Stroll through the souks, the city is split into two parts: Fes el Bali and Fes el-Jadid. Talaa Kebira, "the Great Slope/Climb," is one of the longest and most important streets in Fes el-Bali. Next, visit the stunning Al-Attarine Madrasa, a madrasa (school) in Fes, Morocco, located near the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque. It was built by the Marinid sultan Uthman II Abu Said (1310-1331). After leaving the old city, head towards the new one and visit El Mellah place, enjoy the fantastic view.
Proceed to Casablanca and enjoy the road trip to Casablanca. Once you arrive in Casablanca, visit the popular Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest functioning mosque in Africa and the 7th largest in the world. Take in the view and snap great photos at the Atlas coast. Visit the most appealing sites before returning to your accommodation.
After breakfast at your hotel & riad, depart to Essaouira Mogador, passing through El Jadida and Safi City. Along the way, stop to see argan trees. Before arriving at the old city of Essaouira, you will visit argan shops to learn how they make argan oil. Continue to the center of the city to spend the rest of your day. Discover the port of the city. Walk on the Skala de la Kasbah, the 18th-century seafront ramparts, along the coast. Explore the UNESCO-protected old medina, try sea street food, before going back to the beach of Essaouira to catch the sunset favored with an unforgettable atmosphere. Return to your Riad, spend the night in Essaouira.
Continue on your journey to your final destination, Marrakech, and enjoy the road trip. Upon arrival in Marrakech, start exploring the red city. Begin at Djemaa el Fna, a famous square and marketplace in the Marrakech medina quarter (old city). It remains the main square of Marrakech, frequented by locals and tourists alike. Visit the Koutoubia mosque, the largest mosque in the city, if time allows, visit the most appealing sites in Marrakech. Return to your Riad, where your 6-day tour from Tangier to Marrakech will come to an end.
